Shipping charges & Taxes.

The price of every product is inclusive of all taxes, including VAT, Customs or any other tax. Shipping and Handling charges shall be added to the basic price of the product according to the "Shipping and Handling" table, depending on the Shipping destination.

Orders:

Orders are subject to acceptance by SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S.

Payment:

Payment must be received by SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S prior to SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S’s acceptance of an order and must be made by one of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. Customer shall pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

No Resale:

Customer shall not resell any SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S products, unless SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S has granted the Customer a written approval.

PLEASE NOTE: Products are not always immediately available in stock. SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S maintains the right to supply to Customer part of an order according to availability in stock and charge the credit card according to the products actually sent.

RETURNS:

SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S is pleased to be able to offer you a 14-day money back guarantee for all consumer orders purchased directly through SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S (Online or over the phone). We hope that the SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S product(s) you have purchased will fulfill your expectations; however if for some reason it does not, we would ask that you do the following:

We suggest you use a carrier/service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation (e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS).

All refunds will be via wiretransfer, paid out 5 days after receipt of the item by SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S.

SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S will NOT issue a refund on products for any of the following reasons:

The product is damaged, scratched, destroyed or intentionally misused.
The product is not in the original packaging.
The product is returned without a packing slip or proof of purchase.
The product is not received back by SCANDI CARD SOLUTIONS A/S within 14 days from the date that the product was shipped to you.
NOTICE: SOFTWARE WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF IT IS RETURNED UNUSED WITH PACKING UNOPENED
